We had a serious leak in the plumbing in our pool waterfall feature. When Pool Solutions first checked, they thought it was the sheer descent waterfall. That would have meant taking apart the entire waterfall with major repairs to the pavers. Before beginning the work, the company sent out another person to see if something less invasive and less expensive could be done. That person found that the problem was less involved, and the repair was done quickly and expertly, saving the integrity of the waterfall and surrounding pavers and costing much less than the original estimate.
